On April 2nd, 1995 Quds Bank was established as a public share holding company, with a capital of US$ 20 million divided into 20 million shares, for US$ 1 a share.
On 26/07/2006, the bank’s general assembly voted to increase its capital to US $50 million, with the same nominal value, paid in full.
The bank practices its business activities through its headquarter located in Ramallah, Al Massiyoun, as well as its various branches and offices spread all over the country.
