- Listening to the last 5 transactions performed on the account
- Receiving an immediate statement on the last 10 transactions performed on the account, on the fax number inserted by the customer
- Requesting a cheque book or an account statement to be sent by mail (post), to the customer’s address registered at the bank
- Inquiring about the interest rates and currencies proposed by Al Quds Bank
Phone Banking service are issued for a customer upon the following conditions:
Opening an account (current, savings, and deposits) in local or foreign currency at any
Quds Bank branch.
One must fill in the form of request – for this service by any customer service employee and make sure that the signature is provided in the bottom space.
One must pay the fee (if any) for this service which is necessary to obtain a service.
