SMS Service

Through subscribing to our SMS service, you can request and determine the type of SMS at any time through your mobile number.

  • Your balance at chosen accounts within the service.
  • Cheques movements to your account.
  • Movement of cash withdrawals, deposits and transfers.

To keep contact with Quds Bank, our customers may subscribe to the SMS service, whereas they may manage their accounts round the clock and from any location.

 

The automatic SMS service in which the Bank sends automatically (SMS Push).

Through subscribing to this service, our customers may specify the type of SMS they receive automatically, including:

  • Your balance at chosen accounts within the service.
  • The last 5 movements made to your account.
  • Cheques movements to your account.
  • Movement of cash withdrawals deposits and transfers.
  • Bulletin on currency and interest rates.
  • Maturity of loans and guarantee installments.
  • Linking time deposits and withdrawals.

 


SMS services upon request (SMS Pull)

Through subscribing to this service, you shall be able to request and determine the type of SMS, at any time, via the mobile number of you had chosen when subscribing to this service.

These SMS may include:

  • Your balance at chosen accounts within the service.
  • The last 5 movements made to your account.
  • Cheques movements to your account.
  • Movement of cash withdrawals deposits and transfers.
  • Bulletin on currency and interest rates.
  • To send an SMS to the Bank, in the event you should subscribe to SMS Pull, use the following number:+972599975555

 

1- To inquire about your account balance, send the following SMS:

  • Bal # pin code # account type
  • For example, your current account is in shekel (ILS) and your pin code is (1234)
  • Send the SMS as follows:  BAL#1234#ILS
  • If you wish to know the balance of all your accounts, send the SMS as follows: BAL#1234#

 

2- To inquire about the last 5 movements made to your account, send the following SMS:

  • TRN # pin code # account type
  • For example, your account type is in (USD) and your pin code is (1234)
  • Send the SMS as follows:       TRN#1234#USD

3- Request a cheque book: you can request a cheque book by sending an SMS as follows:

  • CBR # pin code # account type # number of the book’s pages
  • For example, you requested a 20 page book, current account in shekel and you’ve been given the code is (ISL1), and your pin code is (1234)
  • Send the SMS as follows:       CBR#1234#ILS1#20

4- Cancel the ATM card: if your pin code is (1234), for example

  • Send the SMS as follows:       SATM#1234

5- Request exchange rates: if your pin code is (1234), for example

  • Send the SMS as follows:       CCY#1234

6- Request interest rates: if your pin code is (1234), for example

  • Send the SMS as follows:       INT#1234

7- Transfer from one account to another: is done as follows

  • TRF # pin code # account code 1 # account code 2 # amount
  • If, for example, your pin code is 1234, the first account code is ILS1, the second account code is ILS2 and the account you wish to transfer is 100 shekels
  • Send the SMS as follows:       TRF#1234#ILS1#ILS2#100

8- Change your pin code: send the following SMS

  • PWC # pin code #new pin code # new pin code
  • If, for example, your pin code is (1234) and you wish to change it to 1122
  • Send the SMS as follows:       PWC#1234#1122#1122

9- If you need help to understand any of these services, send the following SMS:

  • HELP # type of service
  • If, for example, you wish to send a help SMS
  • Send the SMS as follows:       HELP#BAL

Online Banking, a distinguished and safe services that enables you to manage your accounts through the banking network via the global network, swiftly and easily.

  • Inquire about your account/s balances.
  • Obtain your account statement and other details for an unlimited period.
  • Perform internal transfers between your accounts.
  • Perform transfers from your account to accounts of other clients.
  • Inquire about details regarding your linked accounts.
  • Change or amend your address.
  • Request a cheque book that can be received at the Quds Bank branch.
  • Direct contact with your branch through your personal e-mail.
