Tulkarem- Quds Bank recently introduced to support Palestine Technical University "khaduri" in cooperation with the Council of University students, the distribution of stationery and supplies to 1,000 students in the context of the Bank's support for the education and students’ empowerment.
With presence of Quds Bank delegation, represented by the Director of its branch in Tulkarem Abdulrahman Khadr, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Gamal Abou Bechara, the Director of University President Office Mr. Ahmed Amar, the Academic Hisham Shana’ and Student Councils’ President Ali Bulbul.
For his part, Quds Bank General Director Mr. Samih Sobeih showed that Quds Banks’ contribution is part of the Bank's social responsibility and role in the development of society, so obsessed with education sector particularly on niche within the Bank's agenda in the area of social responsibility, and Bank's belief in the importance of supporting education, knowledge and needy students support in an effort to strengthen Quds Bank logo as a "National Bank".
Sobeih said that "education is a fundamental pillar for any society development, Quds Bank will continue to carry out its responsibilities and the support of this vital sector, which is the Foundation of development."
During the meeting Dr. Bishara praised Quds Bank initiative and University students Council, ensuring the importance of private sector role in supporting education sectors’ different areas through various means and ways, calling for deepening this partnership and a wider cross-section of students expanding the utilization of Banks’ support for student needs.
For his part Ali Bulbul thanked Quds Bank for generous support for university students’, stating that such events documented relationship between students and Quds Bank as one hand assisting students, particularly those in need of them to pursue their University within reasonable and acceptable limit.
